To remain in one’s nature or one’s self is termed as Health

If Vaat (air), Kaph (phlegm) and Pitta (sputum) are in balanced proportion in a person; the digestive fire is active; the production of seven Dhatus (energy fluids) is fine; sweat, urine and excreta are discharged regularly; the five organs of action and five organs of perception are functioning properly; the mind and intellect are in a happy state, then that person is said to be healthy.”

Health means homogenous development of one’s complete personality i.e. Physical, Mental, Emotional, intellectual and egoistic rectification. This development is the real base of spiritual development. At ISHA one will have the most wonderful experience of the development and advancement of mind, body and soul.

Today a person needs a science which can bring harmony to the body, mind and ego, so that he can withstand all kinds of situations and challenges in life, emotional as well as physical.
